The Development Planning and Cooperation Office

The Development Planning and Cooperation Office is the functional office for the college to formulate the overall development plan for medical education, promote the joint construction by Jiangxi Province and the Ministry of Education, and coordinate foreign cooperation. Under the leadership of the CPC committees of the university and the college, it fully implements the higher education principles and policies of the party and the country to focus on the central task of the college’s discipline construction, double first-class construction, ministerial and provincial joint construction, and foreign cooperation. With the guidance of the related departments of NCU, it formulates the overall development plan of medical education, organizes and coordinates all schools (centers) in terms of double first-class construction, ministerial and provincial joint construction, discipline construction, affiliated and non-affiliated hospitals management, foreign cooperative education as well as domestic and overseas alumni contact.

The Development Planning and Cooperation Office has one director with two sections, namely Development Planning and Discipline Construction Section and Affiliated Medicine and Cooperation Section.

The Responsibilities of the Director of Development Planning and Cooperation Office

Under the leadership of the CPC committees of the university and the college, the director is responsible for the implementation of the nation's higher education guidelines and policies, focusing on the central tasks of discipline construction, double first-class construction, ministerial provincial joint construction and foreign cooperation of the Jiangxi Medical College, assisting the leaders to study the development of medical disciplines at home and abroad, formulating the development plan of medical education, organize and carrying out double first-class construction, ministerial provincial joint construction, discipline construction, affiliated and non-affiliated hospitals management, foreign cooperative education as well as domestic and overseas alumni contact.

1. Being responsible for the research of the college development and reform as well as the formulation of the overall development planning for medical education.

2.Being responsible for the compilation, implementation, supervision, and assessment of the college development planning.

3.Being responsible for the college discipline construction, double first-class construction, and special fund management.

4.Being responsible for advancing and improving the mechanism of ministerial and provincial joint construction on the college as well as overall coordination in working synergy with counterpart universities.

5. Cultivating domestic exchanges and cooperations between universities, university, and local government as well as university and enterprises.

6. Integrating with affiliated and non-affiliated hospitals, integrating the affiliated hospitals into the overall development of the college.

7.Conducting international cooperative education and exploring a medical cooperative education model with NCU characteristics.

8.Contacting domestic and overseas alumni to fully unlock its resources for the development of the college.

9. Being responsible for the medical education certification of domestic and overseas alumni.

10. Fulfilling other tasks assigned by leaders.

The Responsibilities of the Development Planning and Discipline Construction Section

1.Assisting the formulation of the overall development planning of medical education.

2.Assisting the compilation, implementation, supervision and assessment of the college development planning.

3.Carrying out works concerning the college discipline construction, double first-class construction, and special fund management.

4.Assisting to advance and improve the mechanism of ministerial and provincial joint construction on the college as well as coordinate working synergy with counterpart universities.

5. Fulfilling other tasks assigned by leaders.

The Responsibilities of Affiliated Medicine and Cooperation Section

1.Assisting to contact affiliated and non-affiliated hospitals.

2.Assisting in the conduction of international cooperative education and exploration of a medical cooperative education model with NCU characteristics.

3. Assisting in the contact with domestic and overseas alumni to fully unlock its resources for the development of the college.

4.Assisting in the medical education certification of domestic and overseas alumni.

5. Fulfilling other tasks assigned by leaders.
