The Party and Administrative Affairs Office

The Party and Administrative Affairs Office co-located with Discipline & Inspection Office is an integrated administration office under the leadership of the Party Working Committee and Administration Affairs Office of Jiangxi Medical College, centering around the core task of Jiangxi Medical College to play its roles as a staff assistant, comprehensive coordinator, mouthpiece between leadership and lower levels, serving for teachers and students, accountable for party and administrative affairs, human resource management & assessment, alumni affairs and logistical support and coordination affairs, etc. Party and Administrative Affairs Office has one director and includes two sections, namely, Party Affairs and Personnel Section (Disciplinary Inspection and Supervision) and Administration and Support Section.

Responsibilities of Administration and Support Section

1.Being responsible for organizing, coordinating, and implementing relevant affairs of important conferences and activities.

2.Being responsible for administrative affairs, internal affairs management, and logistical support.

3.Being responsible for leaders’ routine work arrangements, travel expense reimbursement, and various activities of visits and condolences,etc.

4.Being responsible for the management, deployment, and use of conference rooms and the management of the fixed assets of the Party and Administrative Affairs Office, leaders’ offices, and conference rooms.

5.Being responsible for the planning of equipment procurement of the Party and Administrative Affairs Office, leaders’ offices, and conference rooms, and the relevant procurement declaration.

6.Being responsible for the overall coordination of support affairs such as logistics,estate,comprehensive control, and security.

7.Being responsible for duty room management, overall on-duty arrangement, work and rest system adjustment, and holiday notifications.

8.Being responsible for the reception and distribution of newspapers, periodicals, and mail of the leaders and the office as well as newspaper & periodicals subscriptions.

9.On behalf of the college to exert the rights and duties as the owner of the administration building and be responsible for supervising, inspecting, and coordinating the work of the estate management department in the building.

10.Being responsible for routine management of vehicles of the office.

11.Being responsible for provisional labor management of the office.

12.Being responsible for the creation of a cultural environment across the college campus.

13.Fulfilling other tasks assigned by leaders.

Responsibilities of Party Affairs and Personnel (Disciplinary Inspection and Supervision) Section

I. Secretarial Work

1.Being responsible for the reception, distribution, report, transmission, supervision, feedback, and filing of official documents of the college as well as the drafting, printing, and distribution, and supervision of the offices official documents.

2.Being responsible for collecting and sorting out the topics before meetings of the Party Working Committee, the Director's Office, the Party Government Joint Conference, and the College Affairs Committee of Jiangxi Medical College, making records at the meeting, forming minutes after the meeting, and implementing and supervising the agreed items.

3.Being responsible for notifying participants, drafting official documents, organizing, recording, and forming minutes for thematic meetings, as well as the formulation of plans, implementation of personnel, drafting official documents, and other related secretarial work for important activities of the college.

II. Party Affairs and Party School Work

1.Arranging theory study for the central group of the party working committee, coordinating party construction activities among grass-roots party organizations and organizing educational practice activities for party members and cadres with the guidance of the Organization Department and Publicity Department of NCU CPC committee.

2.Assisting the CPC working committee in the selection, appointment, educating, and training of section-level cadres.

3.Being responsible for the collection, arrangement, filing, and reporting of party members’ information and assisting in the collection of party membership dues.

4.Being responsible for the organization and implementation of educating, training, and management of party application activists, probationary party members, party members, and cadres among teachers and students in party branches affiliated with the CPC working committee of the college.

5.Being responsible for reporting to the CPC working committee of the college about the approval of organization development.

III. Publicity Work

1.Being responsible for news publicity.

2.Being responsible for the management, maintenance, and publicity of the college website.

IV. Confidential Work, Letters and Visits Handling and Other Work

1. Being responsible for the storage and usage of various official seals of the college and the personal seals of leaders.

2. Being responsible for information confidentiality.

3.Being responsible for the calls, letters, and visits of teachers, students, office workers, and external personnel.

4.Fulfilling other tasks assigned by leaders.

V. Personnel Work

1.Being responsible for the drafting and implementation of documents about agency establishment, position arrangement and personnel deployment of the college.

2.Being responsible for personnel data statistics, document and archive arrangement, and item filing.

3.Being responsible for the management of faculty’s attendance.

4.Being responsible for the year-end assessment of the office staff.

VI. Faculty Work

1.Being responsible for the overall planning of teaching staff construction and routine management.

2.Being responsible for the evaluation, assessment, appointment, and reporting of teachers' professional and technical qualifications.

VII. Talent-related Work

1.Being responsible for work concerning postdoctoral mobile research station.

2.Being responsible for the publicity, recruitment, and employment of high-level talents of the college.

VIII. Labor Management Work

1.Being responsible for the accounting of staff welfare, post-performance allowance, and allowances.

2. Assisting in handling the transfer in/out, retirement, or employment extension of teaching staff.
